Research & Analysis - supporting Jr. Buyer / Product Manager with sales analysis & market analysis - fabric sourcing / enter fabric specification in PLM - set up a fabric library Collection Building - preparation working/commercial meetings Buying - enter and manage the product/collection information in PLM System - support the buying team with order placement / order sendout - tracking deliveries - support team on administrative tasks

Sales Assistant on partial time beside the study - ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service - manage point-of-sale processes - ascertain customers’ needs and wants - actively involve in the receiving of new shipments - keep up to date with product information - follow all companies policies and procedures

- complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures - completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. - maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards - deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) - meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff - report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

Marketing
