- procurement of raw materials and accessories needed in production including: daily communication with domestic and international suppliers, negotiating better prices and terms of delivery, purchase orders tracking, long term material planning, deliveries tracking - communication with customs agents, forwarders and transport companies - managing domestic and international transport of goods

- managing of abroad (97% EU buyers) and domestic aluminium ladders buyers including - finding potential suppliers, procurement of all raw materials and production accessories and their import and tracking in company's System material tracker as well as material planning and tracking afterwards - planing, organizing, tracking of truck fleet (Frotcom, TimoCom), and managing and organizing "return loads" as well as insurance of load in transport - ISO 9001: 2015 internal control
