My main responsibilities: • fill open roles using recruitment tools and networking along with alternative, creative and effective hiring sources to identify talent • review, assess and provide feedback on candidate profiles based on technical knowledge and expectations of the role • conduct personalized interviews via phone, video to qualify candidates for open positions • use time management skills to source, interview and submit candidates that are located in multiple geographic locations

During my time at Klika Tech I managed a full life-cycle recruiting process, performing the following activities: • identifing hiring needs • active sourcing/headhunting candidates through advertisements, social & professional networks, job posting and etc. • pre-screening of applicants, phone and onsite interviewing • developing and maintaining database of candidates • training and coaching new recruitment team members • reporting.

• project coordination (nature conservation, renovation and restoration , cultural and sports events, agricultural projects) • organisation of work and free time activities for volunteers • budgeting food and other costs of volunteers • managing group dynamics

• developing and approving of technical documentation • registration of new products
