The combined position of solutions and project management gives me the opportunity to experience the customer faced rolles, pre-sales and post-sales. Solutions supports the sales process in technical questions, compared to project management, where I am responsible to implement the bought solution for the customer.

As a part of the Info Team at the University of Applied Sciences Campus 02 I am responsible for the acquisition of new potential students. Together with colleagues of the team we attend career fairs and visit schools to represent our university and the different degree programmes.

As an intern, I took over different tasks, such as accounting of the cattle, customer service, working at the hotline desk, as well as buying and selling livestock. Moreover I maintained a new project together with a collegue. Additionally I did a customer and supplier satisfaction analysis.

In the winter months November and December I work at the Christmas markets at the main square in Graz. At "Steirerpunsch" i was responsible for the sale of homemade Styrian mulled wine specialities.

In the field of Marketing & Sales I set an even deeper focus on Sales Management.
