As a research analyst I write insightful consumer research reports that help global brands understand how their audiences speak about them in the online sphere. Our research reports are based on publicly available conversations sourced through the Brandwatch applications and include data-led actionable insights that help clients inform business decisions such as in the realms of marketing & communications or product development.

During my studies, I was highly dedicated to communicate and share my passion for languages and spent a total of three years teaching English to Spanish and German native speakers as an after-school tutor. Supported by a TEFL certificate, I learned how to design engaging and interactive lesson plans with a strong cultural focus, which included creating my own teaching materials. As a translator (English / German) I gained experience in translating websites, subtitles for a TV show and academic papers.

- Set-up blogger cooperations and a long-term partnership with the European Student Network. - Created and translated original content for the company’s online blog, newsletter and Social Media profiles. - Coordinated interviews with the CEO and company clients.
