Research and Development of new immunological devices and tests, working with evanescence technology. Validation and testing of new developed and produced devices and prototypes, as well as development of new tests and adaption from ELISA-tests to the evanescence technology.

Working as technical assistant in basic research of molecular allergology. Use of different techniques in molecular biology and cell biology like PCR, SDS-Page, Western Blot, Cloning, transfection, protein production and purification, using bacterial cultures as well as animal cell cultures.

Working in the department of chlinical chemistry. Analytical measurement of different parameter in the fluids of the human body like blood, serum, urine, etc. Different techniques were used, mainly with lab automates for chemical and immunological mesurement as well as HPLC. Routine maintenance of the lab automates as well as fixing of minor problems of the lab automates.
