Within the division Business & Platform Solutions, I conducted research about informal competence development (stimulating competence-sharing-behavior) after an organizational change, to finish my master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology (Change Management, HRM). After the obligatory five months, I decided to extend my internship for one more month to engage employees and managers in feedback-sessions, communicating the results of my research and discussing future actions with them.

On behalf of the NABU (Naturschutzbund Deutschland e.V.) I canvassed new members to support the realization of local animal and environment protection projects.

During this internship I developed and tested the effects and feasibility of a social psychological intervention strategy to stimulate patients in a hospital to spend less time lying in bed. Stimulating mobility is crucial to prevent hospitalization associated functional decline. This behavioural intervention is now being implemented within more and more wards of the Radboudumc.
