At CA Global I have specialised in international executive recruitment for NGOs, charities and other institutions involved in international development projects across Africa.

During my time with the Democracy Development Programme, I headed their projects in the Western Cape Province of South Africa and, at the same time, served as representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in the province. My primary responsibilities included: project management; liaison with partners in the South African Parliament; the building of strategic partnerships within civil society; the organising of conferences, forums, seminars and workshops; project-related research; etc.

GARP works toward the improvement of policy that governs the extraction of Africa’s natural resources through the assessment of existing governance regimes and the provision of policy alternatives to important stakeholders. At GARP I conducted research on the natural resource sector in Tanzania.
