Currently Katrina is responsible for technical pre-sales recruitment in multiple Northern EMEA locations. Her role is to collaborate with the business and HR to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and provide full-cycle recruiting support . Katrina is acting as the main point of contact for all Pre-sales Systems Engineering recruitment and her role is to coordinate the entire staffing process for this business unit across Northern EMEA.
