Merchants setting up a store require a template - a theme - and my role is to recruit and manage developers and designers (theme partners) who create the third party themes. Using established design and UX principles, liaising with our in-house design team, curating themes entering the Theme Store. Perform quality assurance on updates and corresponding documentation, setting and maintain proper service level expectations, enforce platform policies, sales analytics.

Founded a feminist accessories & fashion business in June of 2015, sold in March of 2019. Employing Adobe Creative Suite, developed over 100 designs, across clothing, home goods & printed art. Developed brand & social media strategy and content; built Lady No Brow up to 27k Instagram followers. Managed all financials, established and maintained global stockist and partner relationships. Oversaw all operations, supply ordering, shipping, sales & customer service.

Customer service for merchants via chat, email and phone. Support our merchants in onboarding, establishing brand identity, general business & sales coaching. Inform merchants of appropriate resources for future help requests, be a liaison between them and third party theme and app developers, aid in minor code changes to first party themes. Conflict resolution and troubleshooting. Aided in the establishment of a round table series discussing company treatment of remote gurus.

Helping clients take their ideas and form them into printed collateral (brochures, prints, newsletters, books, greeting cards, posters, etc..) by aiding with typography suggestions and placement. Pre-press, production and design in Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign. Large format printing, setting up files for large-scale and offset printing. Trimming and mounting.

Saved the bakery thousands of dollars annually, by introducing improved buttercream and fondant inventory and techniques.
