Account opening, Supporting team with KYC related issues for opening various accounts with central team, Re-papering activity for KYC process as per regulatory guidelines for both savings & currents accounts, Handling Trade related transactions (Guarantee, LC, Remittances etc.), Attending walk-in client’s queries & handling service escalations of clients, Taking initiatives in providing services like Net banking, Doorstep Services, Mobile Banking, E statement etc.

Handling operations and service-related aspects of the Business Preparing portfolio review sheets for the clients Helping Sales team in getting investments processed Handling service escalations of clients Logging in business and reporting to the Regional Head for the business figures

Attending to walk in customer queries Printing statements/ FD receipts / Interest certificates Directing customer to various departments
