Working on the operational requirements on forefront.

To discuss and describe products and services clearly and concisely. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently over calls or in person. Monitoring Customer care strategies. Managing queries related to Mutual Fund Investments, managing information throughout the cycle of investment
