Execute and manage yearly COTs (Critical Objects Tasks) base on yearly growth target committed as a part of yearly budget negotiation. Work on competitive strategy continuously and its components as industry analysis, competitor analysis, strategic positioning, etc. Serve as a coach and mentor to sales team to define monthly targets base on COTs by individuals as well as by team to determine focus of sales efforts and provide leadership.

Assist the GM in developing and implementing long-range strategic and annual business plan, operating reports, forecasts and budgets. Plan, direct and coordinate the remanufacturing / recycling of ink and laser cartridges. Monitor the budget and directs corrective action procedures as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

• Work with management and development team to develop annual marketing plan for the company products. • Plan and implement marketing strategies and software product launch. • Translate business functional requirements from application and application segment to market-ready programs • Determine and coordinate onsite events like workshops, seminars and customer events.

• Configure / Design new computers/configurations that will be promoted at the market • Prepare a market analysis and comparison report for products, pricing and channels • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, innovations and market trends. • Communicate with customers periodically, analyze customer feedback and provide solutions

• Recognize the needs of the customers and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company. • Advise customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations. • Investigate new items and make recommendations for purchasing products • Check inventory to ensure orders are in stock. • Take orders over the phone and in person. • Solicit information about computer needs from customers.

• Verify markings and assigned numbers on materials and items. • Prepare and verify shipping documents. •Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. •Check quality and condition of items in a warehouse. • Maintain, manage and update inventory controls. •Implement safety procedures and standards in a warehouse. •Design and implement best practices in warehouse operations
