Worked on systemizing manual processes and approval workflow for Vendor Onboarding. An essential, most upstream part of the system's back-end integrates with Atlassian JIRA Service Desk & Workflow. This was released as Vendor Management System (VMS) 3.0 for the company's logistics service.

Completed: - GTM Strategy: WhatsApp OTP & Notif - v1 --> v2 Migration Module & GTM Strategy - SIRCLO Store v2.0 - WhatsApp OTP & Notif - Recurring payment system for user subscription - Automatic Air Waybill (AWB) Generation R & R: - Analyzing data via Redash-BigQuery and creating CTA based on the results - Preparing OKR backed with Big Data, and with a focus on the users. - Preparing Product Roadmaps - Involvement in most parts of the SDLC - Eliciting user wishlists and functional requirements

Tech stack: - React.JS - Semantic UI - Redux - ReduxForm - SCSS - Developed front-end elements for Connexi, an omni-channel e-commerce solution by SIRCLO - Initiated the creation of Connexi Front-End Code Tour document to reduce manual on-boarding of new team members.

Simultaneously handling a couple of projects for some of the biggest government agencies - one almost from scratch. At the time of leaving, was at the Design and early Development stages.

- Designed Systems Integration (SI) and User Acceptance (UA) Testing scenarios and prepared test data - Co-authored a Functional Document (FD) to be formally presented and signed by the client. - Assisted coordination with external system development vendors. - Assisted in the proposal work for a Prepaid Order Management upgrade in a leading Indonesian telco - Assisted in short-term proposal work for an Enterprise Service Order Management upgrade in a leading Southeast Asian mobile telco company

- Conducted a comprehensive study of internal documentation materials and initiated the organization, structuration & presentation of technical and non-technical knowledge for the Asian Web Dev team using Atlassian Confluence. Planned to further scale the work for the global team. - Mentored three new hires of the Hong Kong Web Development sub-team; - Collaborated with different teams across countries (Technology, Editorial, Design, Product, Advertising) and executed various site feature improvements.

I went to the University of Virginia during August to December 2011 to pursue a one-semester Student Exchange Program.
