Organising and delivering lessons and courses for non-native English speakers, to learn or improve their ability to communicate in English. Responsible for tailoring lessons for small groups or private classes. Learners are usually from large international Companies such as - Volkswagen; Intel; E.on; Siemens; and Bosch. Particular attention is paid to improving fluency skills, widening vocabulary and studying grammar rules, with each lesson adapted and aimed to suit the needs of the client.

Handled the site’s social media services, and developed new strategies to boost the Organisation’s reputation. Responsible for all social network pages Instructed and guided peers on the use of social media resources. Copyedited and proofread articles and other web content. Analysed trends and evaluated communications measures implemented. Used SEO, PPC and CPI processes to increase site traffic.

Designed, authored, edited and proof read of web content and publicity and promotional materials as part of a team. Coordinated and maintained several web sites. Conducted user testing, presented all feedback to the designers. Developed new ideas to market and promote the Archive, to appeal to all audiences.
