Closely collaborated with the Board Member for Electrified Powertrain Technology, Materials Management and the Region Asia-Pacific in the management, coordination and steering of his leadership teams.

Responsible for leading a group-wide strategic program on IT side to deliver digital shopfloor solutions via an IIoT platform (Digital Manufacturing Platform). Built a strong international team, defined the way of working based on an agile software development framework, organized trainings for the team members and developed the product strategy & roadmap with the business. Led the conception & implementation of the platform’s communication strategy and acted as an ambassador for the agile working mode.

Explored new technologies by driving Smart Factory projects in cross-functional environments, starting with proof of concepts and turning them into applicable and ready-to-use IT services for ZF production plants. Contributed to setting up the IT Innovation department as an agile organization based on the “Spotify Model”. Responsible for marketing and communications of new IT trends and technology using the internal channels of ZF Group.
