- Handling internal and external medical queries from patients, pharmacists and physicians for a broad range of several hundred generic medicinal products (prescription and OTC) - Documenting adverse effects reported by customers and entering them into an international company data base - Conducting literature research on medical questions that arise from i.e. new indications for established active ingredients, active ingredients switching from prescription to OTC and others

- Dispensing of and providing advice on medicinal products and medical devices to patients - Approval of extemporaneous mixtures manufactured at the pharmacy

- Reviewing of regulatory requirements of e.g. ISO 13485, CFR 820 and research of GMP documents - Participating in reviewing and revising of internal and external Quality Agreements concerning medical devices - Participating in preparation and follow up of internal and external audits and minute taking at audits by authorities
