As a Lead Consultant I am in charge of the retail implementation (leasing/credit) of the financial arm and bank of a top tier OEM car manufacturer in Latin America. This includes guiding and coordinating members of the team as well as leading the RGA and Business Analyses phase. This phase combines the analysis of possible configuration and development solutions as well as advisory tasks towards the customer.

Project: - Automation of the Quality Gene Process in MS Excel using VBA (macros) Day-to-day business: - Supporting Q-Gene proposals to induce change and cost savings at vehicles in the North- (NAR) and South American (SAM) region - Analysing Quality Characteristics (Q-Eigenschaften) and carrying out benchmark analysis - Giving support in meetings in Spanish, English and German language. Editing protocols and generating graphics

- Collaborating in analyzing the weekly Low Cost Location Indicators with SAP - Collaborating in process changes, especially by the new ratio model e.g. Material Cost Report and draw up training documents - Tracking and analyzing of price variances - Assisting in group internal CIP-Workshops (Continuous Improvment Process)

Economics: - Drawing up the budget for 2016 - Implementing a team based budget for 2016 - Reporting the annual accounts for the risk-quality department - Reporting of the month end accounts with SAP BI - Building and implementing a standardized and automated reporting template based on SAP BI - Tracking and controlling of invoices (BANFen) with SAP MM Technical: - Analysis of complain reports (engines)

Main tasks: Essential support in the month end process Improvement of the control system to ensure a correct reporting of the month end report Processing of invoices in Sprinter Supporting and designing journal templates to streamline month end accounting close process Projects: Building of the monthly report based on Oracle Hyperion SmartView Supporting the finance team in the implementation of Hyperion Streamlining process of the cost code combination for an efficient processing of the dataflow
