Leveraging my expansive digital training experience to foster and innovate new training initiatives to ramp up adaptive learning, targeted learning experiences, 3D innovation and quality control of design and creativity in digital training development.

Leading a team of professional Senior Instructional Designer and 3D artist to develop high quality and innovative global training across customers, application specialists and service technicians target groups.

Conceptualise, design and develop global-ready hybrid e-learning web-based trainings (end to end) for product service technicians, application specialists and customers.

As an Instructional Designer, I work together with stakeholders and Tech Curriculum developers to create internal courses for the company. I developed a series of instructional design templates, structures and wiki pages to ease course creation. Apart from course development, I also create graphics, videos and scenarios to supplement our e-learning courses.

Alongside E-learning development duties, I was responsible to lead and supervise our E-learning team both locally and remotely.

Working in online course developments of NEBOSH, IOSH, Work at Heights, Commercial Diving, IMCA and other Health and Safety courses. I'm also leading the production and editing of in-house learning material videos and videos for both commercial, marketing campaigns and corporate purposes. In addition to development, I also oversee and work on the training centre's learning management system.

Worked at Yong Loo Lin's School of Medicine (Education Technology), alongside professional doctors, a creative director and lecturers, as a Specialist Associate specializing in the production of online learning materials ranging from animations, graphics and collaborative learning cases videos. In a nutshell, I produce storyboards, graphic illustrations, design, 2D animations and video shooting for both learning and corporate purposes.

I studied 3D animation using industry standard softwares to create 3D/2D motion graphics. Included in my studies are film, broadcast media, graphic design, video production and art.
