- Assistance in a holistic product development process including the development of a Go-to-Market & Pricing Strategy for a new business platform digitalizing several supply chain finance products using IoT and DLT technology. - Development and implementation of business concepts using IoT and Blockchain based technologies for the automatization of supply chain finance products - Assistance in the preparation of concept pitches to relevant stakeholders and strategic partners

- Supported the Cluster Management during organizational and structural changes including (internal & external) staffing, role delineation and workstream definition - Executed comprehensive assessments of functional and technical requirements and translated them into precise (functional and technical) specifications aligned with EMIR standards - Analyzed and enhanced processes in response to regulatory modifications, specifically within the framework of EMIR
