- Assure that the Association has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission Provide leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff. - Promote active and broad participation by volunteers in all areas of the Association's work. - Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with government.

- As the keeper of all documentations of the Council - Manage all secretarial tasks

A. Responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating the volunteers for medical examination • Research, analysis and develop plans for medical examination • Contacting with sponsors, donators for the sponsorship • Managing, controlling the budget of each trip • Searching, meeting and negotiation for the partnership with companies for activities.

• Managing and controlling 5 staffs at Sales and Marketing Department • Research, analysis the demand of customers on tours to have the tours which satisfy with customers • Managing, controlling the budget for the approved projects • Positioning the images of company through activities, projects, events to make the belief and truth on services/ tours

A. Responsibilities: • Planning and responsibility for all activities in Viet Nam. • Managing 5 departments (PR, Marketing, Purchasing, Project and HR) • Research, analysis and develop charitable plans • Leading and executing approved projects according to plans • Managing, controlling the budget for approved projects • Searching, meeting and negotiation for the partnership with companies for activities.

A. Responsibilities: • Planning, contact with customer, supervise the campaign or events of customers (Won the projects: “Izzi – Lap lanh sao teen”, Vinagame – That kiem campaign …)

• Take part in the project: “ Development of Siusop in Ho Chi Minh’s market” • Duties: research the customers’ needs on softener in Ho Chi Minh’s market and make the strategy for Siusop in the future (Research, making marketing plan) Result: merit.

• Helped students to get visa, booking for accommodation. Contact to person who was in charged of department to solve the problem for each case of students

A. Responsibilities: • Analysis, improve productivity and management system for clients in Viet Nam (CADIVI, Cau Tre…) by making the study, statistic and consultant for management system
