1. Program Management  Conduct in depth needs assessment and develop action plans for implementation based on program priorities and available funding.  Organize meetings and workshops.  Provide input and analysis into routine program reporting. 2. Partner Relations  Develop new contacts resulting in the expansion of the program’s network and improve ability to review and confirm information  Represent the program in meetings including preparing and giving presentations on the program.

• Develop and review project proposals, plans, specification, BOM, and QA/QC plans for pilot projects. • Assist the team to evaluate, prioritize, plan, and design and implementing light repair and rehabilitation of economically essential services activities in selected area in Syria. • Calculating solar power needs of submersible and booster pumps. • Preparing 3D simulation drawing for all the ES-North Syria projects using Solidworks program.

The main course in Afaq academy was legal training which was done in partnership with Geneva call organization, which is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting respect by armed non-State actors for international humanitarian norms in armed conflict and other situations of violence. Responsibilities included developing time plans and educational plans for the training; developing an evaluation plan for each training course; scheduling teachers and classes, and registering students.

I was part of seven-person team, our responsibility was developing and reviewing educational and developmental project proposals, plans, Follow-up projects, Report writing, and developing budget for each project and for the movement total, which the total budget for the movement was about $300.000.

Lead a team of 15-persons to provide everything that refugees need in Damascus (shelter, food, clothes…etc.), manage a budget about $50,000 monthly, and I was responsible for bringing a new funding from local and international foundations.

Created a course about how to use Solidworks program which is a 3D industrial designing program, teaching a class every two-month and the average student in the class was 7 to 10, some of them are fresh student in mechanical engineering faculty and some of them from industrial institution. My responsibility was preparing lesson plans, monitoring student progress and evaluating student in the end of the course
