My role is techno-functional and my tasks are: Analyse business requirements and design SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Customize and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts. Develop custom applications, scripts, and components for SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Integrate SharePoint with other M365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power BI) to enhance collaboration and reporting capabilities.

As part of my job responsibilities, Monitor different applications including Documentum Capital Projects, Correspondence Management System, SharePoint portals, and Circularo. Create and manage Documentum ACLs, groups, users, folders, and other Documentum objects, and attend users’ queries to help them in daily tasks. Create and run DQL scripts to generate different reports, and work with application vendors for deployment, enhancements, and hotfixes. Prepare technical documentation.

Installed, configured, and maintained Documentum 6.x environment using MS SQL Server and Oracle database as back-end and WDK (Webtop) client for different customers. Implemented different workflows according to business requirements. Provided technical analysis and design to different departments and recommended solutions to align with business processes. Developed different parsers to make the customer’s flat files in a printable format using C#.net, VB.net, Xerox VIPP 3.0, Elixir OPUS and Page Miner.

Worked as MIS Manager, and my responsibilities were, to develop different applications e.g. Financial Accounting Systems, Libraries, and Exam Cells using asp.net as the front end, Oracle as the back end, and Crystal report writer for reports, created a computer network computer lab for students.

Worked as a System Administrator, during this period, I have developed General Ledger, Store and Cotton Inventory Control System for the company by using platform Visual Foxpro 2.6.

Worked as a Programmer, I was the member of the team who developed an integrated financial accounting, Store inventory, Cotton Inventory and Payroll System for the company. The platform was Foxbase and Clipper.
