· Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. · Control accuracy of room blocks for groups, rooming lists and special rates · Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and increase transient room reservations · Revenue reporting, statistic analysis and assistance in forecast & budgeting in a proper time manner · Maintain accuracy in internal system about inventory, rates & availability

· Log guest requests, incidents, adjustments and comment cards into computer to allow proper tracking and documentation. · Supply guests with directions and property information · Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up and ensure that any outstanding requests are resolved. · Transfer guests with Internet access issues to Internet service provider's customer support line.

Answering and recording all guests requests, questions & concerns. Communicate with guests in accordance with hotel standards. Be flexible by working in different departments to learn the operation side of each position.
