As an event project manager main tasks included planning and organizing events, coordinating teams from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion by balancing creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management duties. (e.g. Odessa Business Forum and 5T Forum). In charge of marketing efforts on behalf of clients such as Volkswagen. These included brand collaborations, AV production, social media marketing, digital advertising, event inception and participation.
