- Biogas Simulation & Optimization: Simulate and optimize biogas purification process plants, focusing on CO₂ removal and H₂ capture/recovery systems. - Engineering Deliverables: Execute process engineering calculations and update key design packages, including equipment datasheets, PFDs, and P&IDs.

Melt-to-Spinning Systems: Manage engineering for polymer melt transfer lines, manifolds, and spinning systems (POY, FDY, DTY, IDY). Process Calculations & Rheology: Execute pressure drop, pipe sizing, residence time distribution (RTD), shear rate, and thermal degradation calculations. Deliverables & Commercial Support: Develop detailed P&IDs and line lists, write technical proposals for core technologies, and manage client alignment.

EU Industries and Academic Collaboration Simulation & Integration: Model and simulate FOAK membrane-based oxyfuel CO2 capture (OTM) for power and industrial facilities to reduce energy penalties. Technology Scale-Up: Lead concept development and PDP/BEDP delivery for novel carbon capture systems, minimizing CAPEX for plant retrofits. Consortium Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across European corporate partners, industrial stakeholders, and academic institutions.

- BED Verification & Safety: Validate Basic Engineering Design (BED) packages to ensure technical feasibility, operational safety, and alignment with site design standards. - Process Optimization & Debottlenecking: Optimize plant operations and lead debottlenecking tasks to resolve capacity constraints and maximize overall performance. - Commissioning & Ramp-up Support: Direct on-site pre-commissioning, commissioning execution, and initial production unit capacity ramp-ups.

- Process Simulation & Modeling: Developed energy-efficient CO2 capture process models in Aspen Plus using novel thermomorphic biphasic solvents to minimize regeneration energy. - Pilot Data Integration & Scale-Up: Integrated empirical pilot plant performance data to validate, calibrate, and scale up thermodynamic and kinetic process models. - Research & Publication: Published findings on solvent-based CO2 capture efficiency in Energy Procedia (DOI: 10.1016/j.egypro.2013.05.224).

- Gas Processing & Purification: Optimize operating parameters for gas treating units involving liquid absorption, solvent regeneration, and degassing for CO₂ and H₂S removal (acid gas treating). - Plant Operations & Turnarounds: Lead technical troubleshooting, performance evaluations, and site execution during major plant turnaround operations. - Capital Project Optimization: Spearhead process evaluation workstreams to support high-impact capital investment decisions and facility modifications.
