I am currently working in the Reed Accountancy Temporaries team. I assist in; Setting up and attending meetings with clients and candidates, Generating new business and meeting sales targets, Registering and screening candidates; including interview preparation, Building relationships with clients, arranging interviews and offers of employment, Drawing up proposals for clients including negotiated rates and terms of business. Designing and following through with marketing plans to attract new bussiness.
