Peter Soultan

I am working as a recruitment consultant in the international division of Reed Specialist Recruitment based out of Budapest, Hungary. My role involves recruiting positions from all over Europe such as Belgium, Holland, Germany, Spain, Russia, Finland, Ireland, Hungary and Italy just to name a few, working on IT, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR positions.

In this role I am responsible for managing a team of 3 researchers. My team mostly researched in the Hungarian market but at time would also see then focusing on international research and head-hunt activities. My role was focused on international search in the IT, Sales & Marketing and Finance sectors. I was also required to research for the Hungarian market.

Chandler Macleod is an Australian Publicly Listed Recruitment and Consulting Company with around 1000 employees nationally. I was working as a recruitment consultant in Banking and Financial services in CM's Melbourne office working with NAB, St George, CBA, ANZ, Vicsuper, AON, AIG, State Trustees. I was the only representative for the Banking division in Melbourne which saw me not only recruiting but keeping relationships alive between these clients and CM.
