The company’s main focus is the provision of language services, this includes but is not limited to translation and localization services, project management, customer support, recruitment. Tasks: • Production planning: planning the daily production taking in consideration the customer demand and available materials • Controlling the production performance: - drafting of daily production reports: produced shoes, number of defective products, productivity, submitting these to the head office from Graz - drafting of the monthly production reports • Handling reclamations and feedbacks

The company’s focus was the recruitment of medical personal from Eastern Europe to Western Europe and my primary focus was the recruitment to Germany. Tasks: • Recruitment • Customer relationship • Headhunting candidates • Attending job fairs • Taking care of the recruited candidate’s paperwork in order to obtain work Permit in Western Europe • Assisting the candidates through their relocation issues • Following up on the recruitment • Competition analysis

This was a project-based collaboration, closely related to my previous work experience. I have been hired as an expert in order to elaborate the Developmental Strategy of the Southwest Satu Mare Local Action Group that consists of two micro-regions: Tăşnad Micro-region and Carei and Ier Plains Micro-region. It includes 19 Administrative-Territorial Units, out of which 18 communes.

My career started at the Romanian branch of a multinational urban consultancy company that worked for towns and regional self-governments from Central-Eastern Europe. The company’s main activities were: the drafting of urban or regional development plans, cross border studies, finding and writing EU grants and project management.
