Supervision and coordination of a workshop series (32 business workshops) for Allianz Mexico including the following tasks: correspondence with the client, human resources (deploy a team of facilitators , debriefer, etc.), coordination of the teams (architects, catering, etc.), responsible for payments, writing project reports and evaluation, receiving, introducing and assistence of the workshop participants, among others.
