Freelance position,designing and delivering one-to-one business communication training to international clients from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including law, HR, oil and gas and marketing.

Based in La Coruna and Bilbao, I prepared Spanish wind energy engineers to participate in a company-wide health & safety training programme conducted in English.

A three-month project working in-company with Fiat in Naples, Italy, this involved training engineers, designers and managers to work on developing automotive projects with their colleagues at Chrysler, Detroit, following a merger of the two companies. A combination of language, skills and intercultural training was required for a really effective outcome.

Responsible for programming and delivering a wide range of in-school and in-company courses on business English, effective business communication, and cultural competence. Work with managers and specialists in diverse fields including HR and recruitment, energy, politics, design and manufacturing.
