Kirstin has managed all offshore wind clients and achieved new contracts and she succeeded in strategically and economically advancing the company. BMO has developed into a competitive and leading organization on vessel data performance with a focus on data-driven evaluations of crew transfer vessels and off-shore access system in the offshore wind sector. A great combination of managing new product development internally and offering BMO's products and services within a technical environment.

As an International Exchange Coordinator Kirstin has been responsible for the complete organization of the incoming and outgoing exchange programme (at the faculty for Business Economics) - setting procedures, nomination and selection process for EU and outside EU destinations. The coordination and relation with worldwide universities has been successfully completed and new contracts have successfully been achieved during this period.
