I have more than 2 years experience in HR administration as I worked at a small but high quality HR service business – from the beginning of my college studies – and helped the work of the CEO reguraly in tasks like recruiting, selecting and finding the best employees for the given positions. I was also responsible for foreign costumers, helping them to find out the best recruitement conditions and promoting the company, helping the work of the management.

I had to do the simple office works where I got to know the SAP system and the simple factory works as I was at the connecting-rod section and office too. Also got to know about German factory and business system and also the Organization Culture of AUDI AG. It was the best experience which I could get about the fields of Enterpise Command and Organizational Synthesis.
