I was part of Upwork's Centralized Recruitment team, hiring professionals directly for Upwork. My focus was on hiring senior and lead engineers for various Upwork units. I hired more than 100 talented engineers who made a direct impact on Upwork’s business. I recruited remote professionals on a global contract and hired full-time employees for Upwork's offices in the USA. It was a great experience, building global engineering teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and hiring top talent.
