Responsibility for Kjaer Group’s operation in IndoChina, increased the organization from 2 to 22 People and developed 6 dealership in Vietnam,Laos and Cambodia. Responsible for Dealer Development, Sales, Marketing, PR and After Sales. With a team of 15 people we are developing the Nissan dealer network throughout Vietnam, developing marketing strategy, marketing plan, internal procedures, procedures towards dealers, Nissan standards, and auditing and follow up with dealers.

Responsible for the operation with main focus on implementation of new strategy and implementation of Volvo Standards. Further start up and implementation of an additional daughter company. I was successfully reducing cost and increasing profit during my period.
