My position was Transition and Transformation Manager. Responsible for IT Outsourcing projects with TCV > 100 Mio € and team sizes around 200 persons. The teams and projects have been multinational, multilayered and where based in multiple european contries. During this time I was also responsible for optimizing operational environments using the Lean Six Sigma method. Talking with businessleaders was daily business. I was also involved in solution design.
