Creation and leading the "agile new development" team within the fuselage engineering perimeter. Focus to introduce multifunctional solutions in the beginning of a change. (Break silos) Use Agile, Sprint, Scrum, Modularization, Design thinking Projects include A380 New forward stairs (Going public 2017) and A380 Aft Galley stair module (Will go in service 2018/2019)

Defining and leading the new created predevelopment team for electrical system installations. Ensuring efficient usage of modularization principles and upgrade and adaption of these principles. Team size up to 15 employees.

Received a call to participate in a 100day Project Sprint. Recreate the A350 lower deck (Payload area) and introduce multifunctional and cost efficient solutions

Nomination as talent. Received a challenge to create a new business model for the Fuselage engineering department (1500+ employees). Applied methods like business model canvas.

Project lead - development and implementation of a modular customization design for electrical system installation on the A380. Managed project volume was 4,5mio€ over 2years.

Various positions - Technical manager to ensure completion of A380 customer aircrafts. Cover disruptions and ensure intermediate solutions are provided by responsible subcontractors in time and quality.
