• Monitor and maintain efficient production process flow • Investigate operational problems affecting production • Identify problem and implement corrective and preventive actions • Establish process and yield improvement • Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing • Machine product recipe setup, programming, troubleshooting • Perform equipment buy-off and process & product qualification • Coordinate and lead technical audit, quality management

• Monitor performance, quality and reliability of die attach process • Identify problem, implement corrective and preventive actions • Perform process improvement for yield improvement and cost reduction • Design and execute experiment to solve problem and improvement • Analyse customer returns and determine the cause of failure mechanism • Maintain and create product data/ documentation • Conduct process operation training to technician and operator

• Bachelor’s degree internship • Provide diagnostic and analytical laboratory testing services • Undergo clinical chemistry, immunoassay, microbiology, medical practitioners • Perform urine analysis, full blood count, culturing, bacteria identification • Perform daily maintenance, daily quality control and calibration • Complete laboratory reports print out and deliver
