Re-organized Group in view of a general management handover. Designed & implemented new IFRS-compliant ERP system, streamlined ASE reporting and planned the merger of the Group´s key operating companies (Vossinakis, Elite, Hellenic Biscuit Company).

Handled all operating & financial aspects of the Philippou Group's activities supervising four separate operating groups (Evga, Elbisco, Mornos & FAGE) in more than 20 operating locations worldwide: planned the Group's future transition to IFRS, managed bank relations, designed Group management financial reporting, oversaw the entire audit & consolidation process and headed the Group´s internal audit function (finance, legal, IT).

Oversaw the restructuring of an acquired group of distressed dairy business in South Africa (debt refinancing & capital-raising, trade union negotiations, plant closure & relocation, IT infrastructure overhaul).

Starting at the accounting department, rose through the finance ranks (chief accountant, purchasing manager) to the CFO position managing a team of 50+ employees. Optimized the group's cash flow position, managed greenfield developments & acquisitions (juices & croissant), designed & implemented new IT reporting systems (ERP) and ISO procedures.
