As one of the world’s largest providers of information technology services and solutions, Modis provides IT and engineering staff across a range of industries. Konstanty joined the company with the aim of building a Europe focused permanent recruitment team dealing with major account clients in the ERP and technology sectors.

Joined IT Human Resources as the companies first step into building an international team with a focus on technology services in Central and Eastern Europe.

Konstanty worked at RTI International within the areas of Political Consultancy, Government Aid, Local Democracy Building. This included providing staffing solutions to USAID programs in conflict zones.
