Leading and guiding Data Integrity assessments and mitigation planning in Sandoz Development Centers.

Leading a multi-phase project to qualify Norbrook's IT infrastructure for hosting GxP applications. The project involves documenting and verifying all infrastructure platforms and establishing new operating procedures, for example Change and Configuration Management, Incident Management, Security Management, System Administration, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, Periodic Review, etc. Also advising on IT Transformation and IT Strategy.

I managed completion of the integration and transformation of a business process outsourcing company of approximately 1,000 people after acquisition by Capita. Work streams included Marketing, Operational Excellence, IT, Human Resources, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Legal & Commercial, Facilities and Health & Safety. Major achievements included supporting the rollout of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices, managing the migration of finance processes from the Agresso legacy system to SAP.

Reporting to the Global IT Head for TechOps/QA, I coordinated operational and project initiatives with IT Heads in 22 sites worldwide.

I managed concurrent projects through all lifecycle phases and provide site-wide Project Office support. I liaised with all departments and at various levels, evaluated and selected products, managed external suppliers and ensured project compliance in a highly regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.

I played a leading role in the development of a new Storage Management Workflow service offering
