Responsible for establishing, mantaining and managing Bank's corporate portfolio both locally and internationally

Coached and mentored more than 15 coachees along with giving trainings to various corporations' managers in the fields of strategic planning & thinking, team building, goal setting, problem solving, banking (marketing, managing, credits) etc.

Managed Corporate & Mid-Corporate Lending departments with total 40 employees; completed financial analysis and credit evaluations of 1,200 companies with total credit utilization of over TL 12,500 mio and NPL of 0%. Established Mid-Corporate (MC) Lending department with a team of 19 employees; trained the employees; covered over 1,200. companies

Reorganized Corporate Lending department, managed a team of 21 employees, completed 200 companies’ financial and credit review. Constructed a decision-making bridge between Risk, Marketing, international Risk and Lending to grant and extend credit lines to clients. Worked extensively for preparing Sector Strategy papers to shape future growth of the Bank.

Established Credit Restructuring & Recovery department in ING Bank, managed a team of 19 employees to follow-up and collect all problematic credit files including legal execution, responsible for all business provisions regarding non-performing loans. Worked with lawyers for review of non-performing loans, prepared term-sheets; took action for cash collection. Reviewed and restructured 10,000 files,

Managed ING Bank’s 8th largest branch in terms of total assets, 7th largest branch in terms of profitability with an asset volume of USD 150 mio and a team of 25 employees covering in total 200 corporate, mid-corporate, SME and many retail clients. Achieved Gebze Branch’s ranking improvement from 32nd in July 2005 to 8th in April 2009 amongst 256 branches of the Bank.

Managed 5 corporate branches (namely Güneşli, Gebze, Gaziantep, Kayseri and Denizli) and 180 clients with a team of 4 employees in HO. Responsible for these branches’ performance, budgets, credit files, pricing approvals, client management and other HO department relations, trainings, administrative works; received credit & line approvals from the Credit Committee (CC) as a member of Sub-Credit Committee

Managed ING Bank’s 4th largest branch in terms of total assets, 9th largest branch in terms of profitability with an asset volume of USD 60 mio and a team of 23 employees covering 75 corporate and mid-corporate and many retail clients

Implemented marketing strategies, coordinated and followed marketing activities of corporate branches, prepared regular reports. Managed 3 corporate branches (namely Güneşli, Gebze and Gaziantep) and 125 clients with a team of 4 employees in HO.

Managed 6 branches, 150 clients with a team of 3 employees in HO; responsible for these branches’ performance, budgets, credit files, pricing approvals, client management; received credit & line approvals from the Credit Committee as a member of Sub-Credit Committee

Responsible for new client generation, managed 5 officers

Established client relations, managed a loan portfolio of 60 clients, arranged clients’ all banking transactions, managed a team of 4 officers

Completed a fully integrated MT Program, worked in all departments of the HO including marketing, credits, treasury, FI, operations. Worked in all departments of Gayrettepe Branch for on-the-job training, including import, export, guarantees, LCs, front desk, checks etc
