− Leading the Key Account Management EMEA organization − Budget and controlling responsibility − Responsibility for business growth and retention of existing business − Controlling and reporting to the regional management − Controlling and ensuring customer profitability

− Restructuring and setting up the new Key Account Management EMEA structure − Process optimization and implementation − Selection and organization of advanced trainings for the Key Account team − Leading customer related projects (process optimization and new business implementations)

− Responsibility for business retention and growth of existing business − Planning and implementation of customer specific projects (IT & Operations) − Responsibility for performance management (KPI’s) and corrective actions − Strengthening the customer relationship on executive level
