Fund administration & accounting, reporting, cash management, NAV, Fund register, reconciliation, preparation of Fund audit reports, MO controls, Company's accounting & audit, Compliance, writing of internal Procedures, Acts and forms, UCITS Prospectus, KIID, monthly investment reports.

Responsible for Back office business of Alternative Private equity Company and Fond za gospodarsku suradnju (FGS) – Private Equity Fund hold half by the Government and half by private investors. Size of the Fund due to Maximum obligation – 600 mil HRK (approximately 80 mil EUR), portfolio of the Fond are / were two small Croatian banks

Responsible for Back office business for the Raiffeisen Mandatory Pension Fund (NAV 1 billion EUR) and Raiffeisen Voluntary pension Funds (5 Funds – NAV 45 million EUR)

Client oriented work on selling / buying equities and bonds, settlement of trades in the SKDD settlement system, different emerging market jobs....

Client oriented work on selling / buying shares, contract writing and settlement of traded shares directly with Companies shareholders register, portfolio management for clients.
