During my MSc coursework I have deepened my knowledge obtained during my bioinformatics BSc and specialized in Medical Genomics and Physiology / Neurobiology, analyzing NGS data, physiological data, and imaging data using established toolsets and pipelines as well as novel methods.

The Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics is a three-year, interdisciplinary study program combining informatics, mathematics, biology, biochemistry and physiology with a specialization in computational applications for biological data analysis and process modeling.
