Country Arch Care Center is a skilled nursing facility that offers respite, subacute rehabilitation and long-term care. Ms. Bischof is responsible for all community outreach and partnerships. She connects with hospitals, families, agencies and other resources to represent the company and its’ values. She submits daily reports on up-to-date results regarding current strategies to the team, regional/VP personnel and the company owners. She hosts events and creates content to achieve brand growth and awareness

Brandywine Living is an award-winning senior living provider with communities, located across 5 different states. Ms. Bischof was responsible for building census, meeting with families to show them the community and assist with next steps. She attended networking events to building vendor connections, followed up with leads and met with the Executive Director/CEO to provide updates of current data-driven decision-making. She also hired, scheduled and trained the team that she led on a day-to-day basis.

Eventurous Memories LLC is a wedding and event planning business that provides decorating and day-of-coordination services. Ms. Bischof was the founder and owner of the company. She met with clients to customize services they were needing for their event. For some this was executing their vision on the day, for others it was planning from start to finish over a span of months or years. She assisted in vendor support and ensuring each event ran smoothly, solving any problems along the way.

The Falcon Group is a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural firm, located across 7 different states. Ms. Bischof was responsible for all of them, ensuring they were equipped with the required up-to--date supplies and tools for their current projects. She maintained the fleet vehicles and assisted in administrative tasks such as filing, phone/email correspondence and invoice reconciliation. She met frequently with the COO/VP to discuss monthly reporting and daily operations.

Allied Barton is the largest American owned contract security services company in the United States. Ms. Bischof was responsible for providing security and safety to various properties, assets and individuals. She has been assigned to confidential projects. She was required to be skilled in CCTV surveillance and following safety procedures in emergency situations, while holding a SORA license and CPR, AED and First Aid certification.
