• Project Mandate: Acquire 10 German exhibitors relevant to the textile industry to attend an international trade fair as exhibitor (2010: 1,124 exhibitors from 17 countries & regions) • Handled volumes of customer inquiries and up to 50 phone calls daily • Worked with Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) in creating an incentive program that encourages exhibitors to engage in participation
