Hired from scratch 2 streams: 1. QA; 2. System analysts. In work approximately more than 15 vacancies, successful closing more than 10 vacancies in a month.

Responsible for recruitment for HQ, my directions were Finance, Accounting, Analysts, Purchasing, Logistics, Delivery, CRM. In work approximately 8-10 vacancies, successful monthly closing 8 vacancies. Promotion after 4 months working from mass recruitment to the Expert Recruitment team.
