Responsibilities as a Head of Vnukovo office - Key account management, indoor sales, operational activity: - working with partner airlines Fly Dubai, Ethiopian Airways, AZAL, Qatar Airways – meetings with the staff, audits, pricing and network negotiation. - customer service (СRM compilation, indoor sales, agreement conclusion, follow up on the cargo shipments from booking up to consignee delivery, awb print, accounting, documents translation and interpreting. - Reservation training, DG training.

The company is in the multi-modal shipping, road, sea and air freight, mostly import in Russia. Responsibilities: - actual bookings, CRM follow up, consultancy on the shipping and pricing. - follow up the shipments with logistics partners, customer service for Russian clients. Accounting and invoice check. Document translation.

Responsibilities: - Bookings and follow up. Dangerous goods checks. Airwaybill and other cargo documentation flow (manifests, dg declarations and so on), pricing and accounting, - Cooperation with DME Handling agent, supervision on the flight loads (4 supervisors on duty) - Outdoor \ indoor sales, active sales, presentations of airline products and negotiations with the customers. Key account management with corporate customers - Experience of working abroad in airline offices.
