As an Assistant Vice President (Quality Assurance Tester) at Green Delta Insurance, I ensure the quality and performance of various applications, such as mobile, web, and desktop, by writing documentation, performing manual and automation tests, and using bug tracking tools. I collaborate with the vendors and developers by working together in the ongoing dev-cycle and contribute to the improvement of the testing processes and standards. I have an MS in Computer Science from American International University-Bangladesh, where I focused on Information Science and Technology. I am also certified as an ISTQB® Tester and a CSM®, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in software testing and agile methodologies. I am passionate about learning new technologies and implementing them to see the results. I am also a mentor and a community lead at Codess.Cafe, where I share my experience and insights with other women in tech.
